Polyvinyl alcohol
Hydroxypropyl starch ether
Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) is a non-ionic cellulose ether produced from natural polymer materials through a series of chemical processes. It possesses virtually all the properties of methylcellulose, making it the preferred additive for the production of high-quality building materials.

Redispersible polymer powder products are water-soluble, redispersible powders—such as ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymers, vinyl acetate/vinyl versatate copolymers, and acrylic copolymers—produced via spray drying with polyvinyl alcohol serving as the protective colloid.

Polyvinyl alcohol is soluble in cold water and hot water, forming a transparent colloidal solution with good film-forming properties. The film is flexible, has a certain strength, is oil-resistant and solvent-resistant, is neutral, has stable adhesion in an alkaline environment, and has good adhesion to cement, paper, wood, and fibers.

Hydroxypropyl starch ether is a modified starch produced through etherification. Commonly used in dry-mix mortars as a rheology modifier, it is cold-water soluble and exhibits strong thixotropy, providing sag and slip resistance while improving workability.
